Peristaltic Pump

A peristaltic pump is a type of positive displacement pump used for precise fluid handling, making it ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and cleanliness. It operates by using rollers or shoes to compress a flexible tube, creating a pumping action that moves fluid without the need for direct contact with the pump mechanism.

OEM Peristaltic Pump

The series of products is a peristaltic pump designed and developed for supporting customers, which can provide a flow rate of 0.1-40mL/min. The structure is simple, and the bottom plate is installed. It consists of three parts: motor assembly, connecting plate and WX10 pump head. The motor is a 42 stepper motor, two-phase four-wire, no drive, customers can design the drive according to the use needs, the maximum speed of the motor is recommended not to exceed 100 revolutions per minute.

WT3000-1FB micro gear pump has two kinds of work mode: flow mode and dispensing mode. It can provide 85.7－2571.4mL/min flow rate with flow rate working mode and dispense 0.1ml-999L volume with dispensing working mode. It can get high-precision flow rate and dispensing volume under high system pressure.
